Introducing our standout project as part of the NRF Foundation University Challenge 2024, I am thrilled to share the success of the Drexel University team – consisting of Aly Chew, Krysta Mendoza, Rajvi Dharamshi, and Allie Gress. In this prestigious competition presented by Kohl's, our undergraduate team rose to the challenge of developing and pitching a compelling product assortment. Our mission was not only to curate an innovative product line but also to craft an end-to-end marketing campaign. The focal point of our endeavor was fostering growth in the Hispanic market for Burlington Stores, Inc. Our journey, marked by creativity and dedication, has led us to secure a spot among the top 3 finalists, ultimately winning the first place award durning the NRF Foundation Honor's Gala in January 2024.
